Definition

The Dwelling cluster describes data on all occupied and vacant dwellings that are managed by the public rental housing and SOMIH programs at June 30th. One record should be provided for each dwelling.

Records requested:

Include:

  • Dwellings headleased from private market or other programs and managed by the jurisdiction.

Exclude:

  • Dwellings no longer under the administration of the property manager/agent at June 30th.
  • Dwellings not yet available to the property manager/agency at June 30th, such as those still under construction or being purchased.
  • Dwellings owned but not administered by the jurisdiction (e.g. leased to other program areas and not administered by state housing authority).
Refer to the collection period of the data set to determine the reference year for this cluster.
