CODE 1 Public rental housing

Public rental housing refers to the state and territory provision and administration of publicly owned dwellings. It is targeted to people on low incomes and people with special needs. Eligibility is determined by multi-faceted criteria designed to identify those most in need.

CODE 3 State owned and managed Indigenous housing

State owned and managed Indigenous housing refers to the state and territory provision and administration of publicly owned dwellings. SOMIH is targeted to Indigenous people on low incomes and provides appropriate, affordable and accessible shelter.
