Definition
Expenditures by specialised mental health services that cannot be directly related to programs operated by a particular organisation or service unit (that is, can only be indirectly related to a particular organisation or service unit). Includes any other indirect expenditure (excluding grants to non-government organisations to provide mental health services other than residential services) that is incurred in the delivery of mental health services and is not reported elsewhere.
