The number of groups of patients/clients receiving services. Each group is to count once, irrespective of size or the number of staff providing services.

Comments

Context:

The resources required to provide services to groups of patients are different from those required to provide services to an equivalent number of individuals. Hence services to groups of non-admitted patients or outreach clients should be counted separately from services to individuals.
