Guide for use:

This item is only applicable to paid workers in early childhood education and care services.

For Codes 1 to 4 this includes contact workers who are usually present to plan and deliver or support the delivery of a face-to-face early childhood education program, but may have been absent during the reference period due to illness or extended holiday leave and are expected to return.

For Codes 1 to 4 this excludes relief teachers who are not present at the early childhood education and care service (i.e. not delivering a face-to-face early childhood education program) during the reference period.

Delivery (of an early childhood education program) refers to face-to-face delivery of an early childhood education program or distance early childhood education program for at least one hour per week during the reference period by an early childhood education and care contact worker.
