The type of colorectal polyp(s) found in an individual.

A colorectal polyp is a small growth of colon tissue that protrudes into the colonic or rectal lumen. It is are usually asymptomatic, but sometimes it causes visible rectal bleeding, and, rarely, other symptoms.
