Guide for use:
CODE 1 Government
The government (public) sector comprises all government units and non-market non-profit institutions (NPIs) that are controlled and mainly financed by government. This includes all public corporations and the general government sector represented by the three levels of government.
CODE 2 Non-government
The non-government (private) sector comprises all non-profit institutions (NPIs) and corporations not controlled by the general government other than non-market NPIs that are controlled and mainly financed by government.
