Guide for use:
If accommodation was not offered to the person/group, the option that best describes the reason why should be chosen. Where accommodation could not be provided because of more than one reason, the main reason only should be selected.

This item provides information about why agencies are unable to meet people's requests for accommodation. It can be used to assess why unmet demand for SAAp services exist and, therefore, the types of strategoes required to address unmet demand.
