Definition
The total number of public housing places supported by specialised mental health services available at 30 June, targeted to people affected by mental illness or psychiatric disability. These are places provided by the public housing authority under a formal partnership agreement with the relevant State or Territory health authority. Such agreements commit the State or Territory health authority to assist people within their homes by providing ongoing clinical and disability support, including outreach services.
