Head-leased dwelling (government)

Definition

Dwellings owned by state and territory governments that are leased to other government or non-government organisations via head-leasing arrangements.

Comments

Context:
Head-leasing involves at least two leases: one between the dwelling owner and the lessee, and one between the provider and the tenant. The Residential Tenancies Act applies to both leases.
