Guide for use:
CODE 1 Entry onto another type of order
Where the child was on one type of order but then was placed onto another type of order (either higher level or lower level order)
CODE 2 Child no longer at risk
The child protection agency has ceased involvement with the child as there are no longer any child protection concerns
CODE 3 Child moved interstate
The child is still on a care and protection order, however moved interstate. The order may or may not have transferred with the child
CODE 4 Child turned 18 years old
The client is 18 years old and the order is no longer applicable.
CODE 5 Child died
The child died while under the care and protection order
CODE 6 Child returned home
The child returned home to live with his/her parent(s) and the community services department no longer has involvement with the child
CODE 7 Child was adopted
Where the adoption was arranged or approved by the community services department.
CODE 8 Order no longer applicable and/or another order was not awarded
The existing award expired, was withdrawn, ceased, or was dismissed by the Court.
