Definition
The number of permanent dwellings under the management of an organisation. A permanent dwelling has fixed walls, roof and doors. They usually have kitchen and bathroom facilities, though this is not necessary provided these facilities could be built into the structure. These structures are made from regular building materials and are intended for long-term residential use.
