Definition

The Specialist Homelessness Services activity cluster (the service activity type cluster) captures information on the assessed need for service activities for a client in a Specialist Homelessness Agency setting. Specifically it details the types of service activities, and whether they have been assessed as a requirement for a client, provided to a client, or the client has been referred to another Agency in order to receive those services.

Guide for use:

This data cluster is designed to facilitate the collection of data from Specialist Homelessness Services clients. Agency workers indicate any service activity which the worker and the client assess together as being needed. Subsequent referral for or provision of those services are also recorded.

Information is recorded for this data cluster for each reporting period, i.e. each calendar month.
